Before Your eCom Team
AeroLidz, selling since 2017, solved a common problem for jeep and truck lovers - wind whistling on uncovered light bars. Despite little competition and a top product, they faced low conversions and difficulty reaching their Amazon market. Prior to working with Your eCom Team, they were primarily selling through retail distributors. While they had an established website and Amazon listing, they were not taking full advantage of their market opportunity.

What did Your eCom Team do?
Creatively, most of the design surrounding the identity of the brand was lacking in its effectiveness to communicate properly the brand’s proposition, the product’s quality and uniqueness. A refresh of the identity and most graphics on Amazon (listing photos, A+ content, brand store) was necessary while keeping the core of the brand intact. Colors, typography and other assets were defined within a brand book.
On the business side, our team executed a strategic overhaul to their marketing strategy. Over the next 6 months, we saw an 8x increase in monthly revenue.
