Long Life Food Safety (LLFSP) - The ultimate solution to long-term food storage

Long Life Food Safety is a food storage brand whose key products are mylar bags and oxygen absorbers. In order for us to have a long life, we need to plan long-term, and this is especially important when it comes to food storage.

Long Life Food Safety as a brand was in the very early stages of its conception. Other than the packaging design, there wasn’t much if any of the brand identity developed.

The goal was to launch the brand, its Amazon account and store from 0. After a deep analysis of the competition from both creative and business perspectives, a brand book was put together, as well as an Amazon launch plan.

What did Your eCom Team do?

Once the Long Life Food Safety brand was established, all Amazon creatives (Listing Photos, A+ Content, Brand Store) were designed and optimized with one goal in mind: attract and convert sales.

These, combined with an effective business strategy resulted in a $100,000 launch in just the first 90 days. A desired result given the circumstances, but one that definitely was expected and that we were confident on achieving from the strategy stage.

5 MIL THICK STAND-UP MYLAR BAG

The thickness of the mylar bag can affect its ability to protect the contents. All our bags have a minimum of 5 mil thickness (on each side) which makes it more difficult for moisture, light, and oxygen to penetrate and affect the content within them.

On top of that, our bags are engineered with three internal layers which provide puncture resistance and extra protection from the exterior, thus providing a longer shelf life, preserving the freshness and quality of the food for a longer period of time.

EASY & CONVENIENT

Add the food

Add the food you want to store to the mylar bag. Choose the exact size you need from our selection of mylar bags. Nuts, teas, coffee beans, pasta, rice, beans, and many more types of food can be stored and kept safe for a long-term period with mylar bags.

Introduce the oxygen absorber

Introduce the oxygen absorber to the mylar bag. Air is composed of oxygen and nitrogen, and the oxygen absorber will absorb up to 99.9% of the oxygen in the bag.

Label it and heat-seal it

Put the identification label stickers on it to either identify the food that's being stored or just leave a relevant note. You can just zip the mylar bag or heat-seal it for long-term storage (use a heat-sealer, hair-straightener, or clothing iron).

EXTEND SHELF

Oxygen absorbers work by removing the oxygen from the bag, creating an oxygen-free environment. The exact shelf life extension will vary depending on the type of food being stored, the initial oxygen content of the bag, the size of the oxygen absorber used, and storage conditions such as temperature and humidity. However, in general, the use of oxygen absorbers can extend the shelf life of food stored in mylar bags by several months to several years.
