Do you build the Shopify store, or just manage an existing one?

Both. We have a Shopify build team (see Creative > Website). Channel Management can pick up an existing store and run it, or kick off a rebuild if the existing store is the bottleneck.

What about other email platforms? Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign?

Klaviyo by default. We can work in others, but Klaviyo's Shopify integration is the deepest and our team is fastest there. If you're on something else, we'll often recommend migrating before optimizing.

Do you handle the CS / fulfillment side?

Oversight, not execution. We coordinate with your 3PL, customer-service tool (Gorgias, Zendesk), and shipping providers. We don't replace your CS team.

How do you measure success?

Blended ROAS, repeat purchase rate, LTV, contribution margin. Not just conversion rate, because CVR alone can rise on the back of unprofitable promos.
